During or shortly after the grant proposal process, businesses or academic entities often must secure an external evaluator. The external evaluator assists in the development of evaluation plan, which includes the logic model, an evaluation matrix with the data collection and analysis schedule, and development of the data collection instrument(s). External evaluators are frequently involved in annual progress reporting.

Our consultants have over 5 years’ experience providing evaluation services for grants funded by the US Department of Education, US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (Federal Republic of Germany’s Academic Exchange Service) and will use their knowledge of evaluation plan development and reporting to provide customized services based upon the funder’s policies and your unique project needs.
